On behalf of Erie Art Company, Cafe 7-10 and Werner Books, I am excited to share an opportunity to support a unique community event that celebrates creativity, storytelling, and the power of the written word. The Lake Erie LitFest is in its 3rd year, and we are growing again!

This vibrant, family-friendly event will again take place in Frontier Park on Saturday September 13, 2025, from noon until 6 pm. The Lake Erie Litfest 2025 brings together local authors, poets, educators, performers, and readers of all ages. With engaging author readings, writing workshops, book vendors, and live entertainment, the festival promises to be a delightful celebration of literature that also highlights the beauty of our park.

We are currently seeking sponsors to help make this event a success. Your support will directly contribute to covering essential costs such as staging, sound equipment, signage, children’s programming, and accessibility services. In addition, all performers are paid, per Erie Art Company’s ongoing mission to support local performing artists.  Sponsorship levels range from $50 to $1000, offering flexibility for businesses of all sizes to be part of this meaningful celebration.

Here is a brief overview of sponsorship levels and benefits:

  • $50 – Festival Friend: Name listed on our website and in the program.

  • $150 – Story Patron: All of the above, plus recognition on social media.

  • $300 – Chapter Partner: Includes previous benefits and your logo on printed materials.

  • $500 – Literary Advocate: All of the above, plus a banner placement at the event.

  • $1000 – Champion: Premier sponsor listing, on-stage recognition, and the opportunity to host a booth at the festival.

I would be happy to speak with you personally about how we can align this opportunity with your community outreach goals. Please feel free to reach out: info@erieartcompany.com or 814-450-1176.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to support literacy, creativity, and community. We hope to see you at the festival!
